Our Leadership Accelerated Programme brings together individual coaching with team learning to strengthen leadership across teams. The programme combines 1:1 coaching with leaders, leadership workshops and group accountability pods. Our blended structure creates space for individual reflection, shared learning and ongoing accountability which means development is not only understood but it can also be applied over time.
1:1 Leadership and Personal Performance Coaching
Our 1:1 Leadership and Personal Performance Coaching is designed for individuals who are already performing well and want to strengthen their communication, confidence and impact. This coaching is tailored to the individual and focused on real situations with the emphasis being on development that is practical, relevant and directly applied in day-to-day work.
